Immune Support

Supporting the immune system is essential for maintaining overall health. Deficiencies in key vitamins and minerals—including vitamin C and zinc—have been shown to impair immune responses and increase vulnerability to illness. (1) Other ingredients like astragalus and probiotics have also demonstrated potential in supporting immune resilience. (2-3)

There is a growing interest in using supplements to strengthen immunity. (4) The ingredients selected for this protocol form the basis of a targeted approach to general immune support aimed at enhancing physiological defenses.
